By signing up for an account, uploading a resume, or utilizing any of the digital tools on JobyGet (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age if located in the European Economic Area). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use these Services. Any sign-ups or utilization of the Services by unauthorized minors constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of JobyGet, you must create a personal account verified via Supabase Auth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and sessions. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized activity on your account. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your login parameters.

JobyGet utilizes advanced language intelligence models (including Google Gemini API) to suggest bullet points, rewrite resumes, tailor applications, and create cover letters.

Accuracy Notice: AI-generated suggestions are automated statistical outputs and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or contextually incorrect terminology.

User Responsibility: You hold sole, absolute responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and proofreading all AI-assisted outputs and resume modifications before saving them, exporting them, or submitting them to prospective employers. JobyGet is not responsible for any misleading or incorrect statements in your final documents.

6. No Guarantees of Outcome

JobyGet provides document assistance, template structures, and analytical feedback. We make absolutely no guarantees of job placement, employment outcomes, recruiter response rates, interview conversion rates, or performance metrics against specific Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) software.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to exploit or abuse our Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading malicious programs, scripts, viruses, or Trojan horses.
• Attempting to bypass pricing models, storage caps, or API call limits.
• Inputting fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or intentionally false resume narratives.
• Automating bots to scrap, load, or query services without explicit permission.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBYGET AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms, and all actions related to them, shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the designated courts of such jurisdiction.
